This "Extended-Play" project culminates in two exceptionally talented Virgoan musicians coming together to create an edgy and melodic sonic landscape. Here we have a text-book example of raw lyricism mixed with classic musical overtones, backed by hard-hitting yet subdued trap bangers provided by the classically trained composer and beatsmith "DenZelXI." Who has produced for Toronto rap sensations like Houdini (RIP), J-Neat, and 3mfrench. This project also boasts two guest features from one of Toronto's best up-and-coming artists, "SEGA," who is a long-time collaborator with fellow Scarborough, Ontario artist "Killy." who acquired much industry buzz over the last handful of years.

This EP is a delightful surprise coming from J-Merk, mainly known for his raw and poignant lyricism; this project is quite refreshing and compelling to hear; it's contemporary, fun, and easy to listen to, yet it has a substance that hits hard like a punch through the speakers, yet very clear and well balanced. This project flows together like one long song. I hope another project could eventually come to fruition from this duo. They make great music together. However, it's called VIRGO MUZIK!
